Job Summary

Wunder Mobility powers shared mobility operators at scale: 20M trips per year 50M daily API calls hundreds of cities. Trusted by operators like Forest GreenMobility and JOCO. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our core realtime OnDemand domain. Your work will increase trip success and utilization and make sure vehicles are rentable when and where theyre needed. You will be measured on adoption availability and business impact.

Tasks

  • Own the vision strategy and roadmap for ondemand trips and operational availability including fleet availability ride volume rental lifecycle operator workflows and our States and Tasks system
  • Run continuous discovery with operators field ops and support to validate the highest leverage problems across user app and operator workflows
  • Write clear specs and drive tight delivery with engineering and design including rollout plans enablement and documentation to drive adoption
  • Iterate post launch using product analytics and operational data and close the loop with ops to reduce toil and incidents
  • Define a KPI tree and a weekly operating cadence with Engineering and Customer Success

What success looks like

90 days

  • Baseline core KPIs for user flows and operations. Ship one measurable improvement to trip success or time to unlock and one improvement to availability or task SLA
  • Establish a monthly operator discovery cadence and publish a problem backlog
  • Define the domain KPI tree and weekly operating cadence with Engineering and Customer Success

6 months

  • Improve trip success rate and reduce time to unlock in target markets. Drive adoption of a new or reworked flow with clear activation criteria
  • Increase fleet availability and reduce out-of-service time by addressing top causes such as battery maintenance relocations and device issues. Cut operational toil on top of one or two workflows
  • Publish a 12-month strategy with quantified bets and guardrails for both user and ops sides

  • Time to unlock
  • Fleet availability as a rentable share of the fleet
  • Adoption of shipped changes across users and operators

Requirements

  • Senior PM experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS with end to end ownership across user and operations workflows
  • Strong discovery and data fluency. You define success metrics and make evidence based tradeoffs
  • Clear written and verbal communication with engineering design operations and customer teams
  • Experience with real time or operationally complex products is a strong plus
