Were seeking an organized detail-oriented Contract and Billing Coordinator to join our team in this key role youll ensure accurate invoicing contract management and financial documentation working closely with internal teams and external partners to support the financial health of our operations.

What youll do:

  • Manage contract data in ERP and CRM systems

  • Issue accurate customer invoices and validate billing details

  • Reconcile purchase orders and manage amendments

  • Maintain documentation in Aggrekos Document Library

  • Support contract adjustments and liaise with commercial and operations teams

  • Align with finance teams on payment terms and system updates

  • Respond to customer queries and support audits

  • Administer insurance policies linked to customer contracts

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of billing and documentation processes

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Finance Accounting or related field

  • 1 year experience in billing or contract coordination

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • ERP/CRM experience (M3 is a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Fluent English and Polish and excellent communication skills
