The Opportunity

As a Contract Collection Specialist you will have a chance to be a part of a fast growing team of Specialists in Entreprise who are working with our Sales Team and Merchants and advise them on their queries as well as support the smooth documents collection and verification process. If you enjoy working on diverse projects and have exposure to various tasks as well as using your foreign language skills on a daily basis this role is for you!

Day-to-day responsibilities

• You performquality checks on the documentation packages for Entreprise Merchants (assuring the Documentation packages compliance in the respect of Legal requirements; RISK requirements; Onboarding (set-up) requirements)
• You provideexpertise concerning the onboarding contract package documentation completeness and successful onboarding know-how
• You provide Preconsulting services (including online meetings and exchanges on a daily basis)
• You adviseon filling in missing contract detailsprovideanswers to contract questions
• You ensure fulfillment of customer data and bank data information (KYC/AML documents)
• You are responsible for the collectionof risk documents from merchants
• You takepart in meetings with different Stakeholders (Sales/Onboarding Team/Risk) and Merchants (email and telephone support)

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

• At least 3 years of work experience
• Previous experience in KYC / AML / Customer Care would be an asset
• EnglishandPolishat a good level and additional knowledge ofFrench
• Previous experience in payment transactions environment (acquiring and merchant services) would be an asset
• Team player with an international mindset
• Problem-solving details-orientedanalytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization
