Job Summary
We are looking for aShipping Coordinator who has extensive experience in international logistics and supply chain management with a strong focus on export management freight forwarding and logistics.
The role involves executing daily logistics operations ensuring timely and compliant deliveries and resolving any issues that arise with warehouses ports customs and transportation companies.
You will be office based on Olsztyn Poland
What you will do
Import and Export Management
- Ensure timely execution of export orders including preparation of transport documents customs clearance transport organization and delivery to customers.
- Operate and maintain compliance in GTS (Export Control) and OTM (Transport Management) systems.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Export Control policies and regulations (customs VAT Incoterms).
Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation (Bills of Lading Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Certificates).
- Coordinate certification processes (e.g. EAC Certificate of Origin) and related arrangements with customers.
Communication and Coordination
- Maintain daily contact with carriers customers and subcontractors.
- Participate in project meetings related to shipments and invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Production Warehouse Project Coordination Market Companies freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Delivery and Quality Assurance
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers and resolve issues at warehouses ports customs or with carriers.
- Continuously review shipping dates and report exceptions to stakeholders.
Invoicing and Financial Control
- Invoice all sales orders including freight costs and corrections.
We believe you have
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of end-to-end export/import (Ocean Road and Air) shipping process.
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of working experience in International Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of Logistics & Supply Chain activities.
- Independent communicative and problem-solving-oriented work style.
- Strong team player attitude with the ability to inspire others.
- A collaborative self-motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking.
