We are hiring Service Associate - Grill 79;
As a Service Associate - Grill 79we rely on you to:
- Adhere to restaurant service standards complete pre-meal table setting tableware calibration and environment preparation to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Warmly and professionally receive on-site guests guide seating elaborate on the menu/wine list in detail and answer inquiries regarding ingredients cooking methods and food pairings.
- Control the rhythm of in-meal service standardize the execution of procedures such as food portioning wine pouring and plate changing and respond to guest needs in a timely manner.
- Efficiently complete post-meal settlement table cleaning and tableware storage; proactively collect guest feedback and promptly communicate it to the management team.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations collaborate with the team to fulfill daily operational tasks and uphold the restaurants brand image.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 1 year of service experience in high-end catering or fine dining restaurants of star-rated hotels.
- Proficient in professional service etiquette with basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages (e.g. red wine champagne cocktails) and an understanding of food pairing principles.
- Elegant personal image and temperament fluent and appropriate communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify guests potential needs.
- Basic English communication skills capable of handling English ordering and simple communication scenarios.
- Have willingness to work in shifts and good service awareness.
