Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients understanding their needs and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucherons exquisite collections and communicate the brands heritage craftsmanship and unique value proposition.
Meet sales targets through effective upselling cross-selling product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Clienteling Initiatives:
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service follow-up communications and personalized experiences.
Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences occasions and milestones anticipating their needs and preferences.
Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions preferences and purchase history enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
Coordinate with the Store Manager to create personalized and exclusive client events to enhance client engagement and retention.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
Actively network and engage with high-net-worth individuals influencers and business bringers to promote House awareness and foster partnerships.
Collaborate with the Store management team to develop clients & prospects initiatives to drive to Store.
Provide insights and feedback on market trends competitive landscape and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in luxury retail sales preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
Good sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets preferably with a minimum of 30% High Jewelry total turnover
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication skills storytelling both verbal and written with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.
