Job Description:
- Manage the service growth initiatives and governance supporting the growth leader.
- Coordinate resource planning and capability development across zones identify best practices and design targeted training programs to enhance Mod and Upgrade selling application engineering and project management capabilities.
- Promote adoption of digital tools and standardized processes across zones drive operational excellence through process optimization and change management.
- Develop and deploy tools and dashboards to provide visibility into key Service and Aftermarket metrics (pipeline win rate orders sales margin digital tool adoption sales productivity etc).
- Establish performance tracking processes monitor KPIs and deliver regular updates and actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with zone teams to identify pain points and leverage analytics to drive proactive improvement initiatives.
- Own the formal escalation process for revenue-critical issues ensuring timely resolution and accountability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree combined with experience. A minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience
- Strong data analytics skills able to develop insights from multiple data sources
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization. Fluent in English and Chinese written and verbal
- Collaborative; team player able to work closely with global service and region service teams; open to sharing information and best practices with the team
