About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and influential leader to drive Birminghams large-scale estate regeneration agenda. As Assistant Director of Estate Regeneration & Business Planning you will shape the future of our Housing Revenue Account (HRA) estates oversee major investment programmes and ensure regeneration delivers better homes stronger communities and long-term value for the city.
You will lead multi-million-pound programmes work closely with Members partners and residents and ensure robust governance financial oversight and high-quality delivery across all regeneration activity.
