Job Description:
This role involves managing life accident medical claims supporting agent inquiries and contributing to mini projects and process enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills a customer first mindset and a solid understanding of claims operations.
Responsibilities
assess and process life accident and medical claims in a timely and accurate manner
handle agent inquiries with professionalism and empathy
participate in mini projects to improve claims efficiency and service quality
collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims operations
provide training or guidance to junior staff when required
Requirements
Bachelors degree in insurance healthcare or related field prefer
Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in claims handling
Professional insurance qualifications (e.g. FLMI AIC) preferred
Familiar with regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Strong knowledge of life accident and medical claims processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for agent interaction
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
Proficiency in MS office and claims systems
Team player with a proactive attitude
