Were looking for an experienced Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join our pioneering team working at the intersection of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). Youll help design develop and maintain secure infrastructure for naval platform management systemssupporting both surface ships and submarines.

This role is part of our mission systems team where innovation meets purpose. Youll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability security and compliance of our development environment and final productcontributing directly to national defence and global security.

What youll be doing:

Designing ICS Infrastructure for naval platforms ensuring high availability and defence-grade security.
Integrating IT/OT systems to support mission-critical operations.
Managing Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments optimising for performance and compliance.
Implementing virtualisation solutions (VMware Hyper-V) to support scalable development.
Maintaining IT assets and automating monitoring/reporting across the development environment.
Enforcing cybersecurity standards conducting vulnerability scans and ensuring regulatory compliance (ISO 27001 IEC 62443).

What were looking for:

Proven experience in IT infrastructure ideally with IT/OT integration.
Strong skills in Windows Server domains and Red Hat Linux.
Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware Hyper-V).
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with defence regulations and secure system design.
Experience in IT asset management and automated monitoring tools.
