主要工作职责

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Large deal项目执行与支持

根据区域Large deal战略协同区域制定并执行具体项目方案确保落地效果
以全国策略方案为指导跟进项目各环节执行质量推动持续优化
识别项目执行中的问题与风险提出改进建议提升赢率与效率

2. 项目管理与跨部门协同

协助统筹区域内Large deal项目协调销售市场产品工厂等相关团队资源
以Account为基准全周期管理多科室多产品项目组合落地和品牌提升
参与分销商沟通与管理推动项目顺利实施提升Account维护粘性

3. 跨Segment临床方案管理和推动

跟踪并解读区域医疗相关政策设备配置标准临床指南及行业标准解读
以客户为中心结合实际需求通过跨segment组合产品方案针对疾病病种联合segment深化方案和产品匹配度
结合超声临床化和临床超声化方向聚焦重点Account建立相关模式和项目追踪执行和落地

4. 市场策略和竞争工具

分析区域市场特征协同省份动态制定定制化省份竞争及策略
密切协同Segment等多部门分析整理综合产品和竞品竞争工具推动和推广培训方案整合

整理并推广成功项目经验提升团队整体执行效率与能力

Qualifications

具备医疗行业销售或项目管理经验熟悉大型项目如大单新建医院执行流程
熟悉医疗设备尤其是超声产品及其临床应用能根据客户需求整合跨Segment产品方案
具备项目统筹与跨部门协作能力能协调销售市场产品工厂等资源推动项目落地
具备客户导向思维能围绕疾病病种深化解决方案设计提升产品与临床需求的匹配度
具备市场分析与策略制定能力能根据区域特征制定定制化竞争策略并推动落地
具备良好的沟通能力执行力与团队协作意识能推动项目成功实施并沉淀经验
