Job Description
- 可独立完成整个工程项目的进度质量安全人员等的管理与协调同时跟进合同管理收款付款控制成本等工程的竣工验收及竣工资料编写及移交等工作
- 与业主管理公司总包单位监理单位以及设计单位进行沟通和协调确保项目的实施和顺利交付
- 具备一定现场调试故障处理和辨别能力可以指导完成整个空调机房系统及末端系统的调试工作
- 及时组织办理项目实施过程中产生的工程变更以及增项手续组织完成工程各阶段的测试及验收完成培训及决算工作
- 项目前期配合销售与技术支持团队进行现场勘察实施方案制定工程预算等配合投标工作与项目实施阶段分包的招标等工作
Minimum Requirements
- 本科及以上学历暖通空调电气或相关专业优先
- 8年以上空调系统工程现场项目管理的经验
- 熟悉空调系统的工作原理与运行要求冷源/末端空调/末端风墙/环境控制等和控制系统基础技术熟悉配电系统
- 具有较强的责任心充分的执行力良好的人际理解力和沟通能力具备良好的团队合作精神能与项目现场各实施单位建立良好的合作机制
