Job Summary
1可独立完成整个工程项目的进度质量安全人员等的管理与协调同时跟进合同管理收款付款控制成本等工程的竣工验收及竣工资料编写及移交等工作
2与业主管理公司总包单位监理单位以及设计单位进行沟通和协调确保项目的实施和顺利交付
3具备一定现场调试故障处理和辨别能力可以指导完成整个空调机房系统及末端系统的调试工作
4及时组织办理项目实施过程中产生的工程变更以及增项手续组织完成工程各阶段的测试及验收完成培训及决算工作
5项目前期配合销售与技术支持团队进行现场勘察实施方案制定工程预算等配合投标工作与项目实施阶段分包的招标等工作
