We are specifically looking for a seasoned professional with a strong appreciation for the latest technologies and experience in operational accounting finance tax compliance and management reporting to help expand our services in the UK Europe US and Oceania.

As a Manager you will support our clients with their accounting and reporting obligations lead and manage the timely delivery of accounting finance and tax compliance services. You will work with a team of likeminded enthusiastic professionals who operate an effective accounting and finance function for clients. You will have the opportunity to strengthen your ability to build strong relationships with both internal and
external stakeholders.

The work location for this role is to be based in the Colombo office of EY Sri Lanka.

Your key responsibilities.
As Executives / Assistant Manager you will be required to:

Prepare full financial statements end to end

Prepare and support the budgeting forecasting and analysis process

Need hands on expose on consolidated related aspects

Develop financial reporting best practices

Data analytics and bringing insight to client financial information

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making

Manage the financial reporting team ensuring they are updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations

Coordinate annual audit process

Communicate with stakeholders regarding financial reporting matters

Assist clients with the design and implementation of Financial Accounting Outsourcing solutions

Have the exposure in accounting outsourcing industry and relevant working modules

What we are looking for:

Executive;
Finalist or partially qualified in CA Sri LankaCIMAACCA or CMA
2-4 Years of work experienced in finance andAccounting
Excellent accounting with strong consolidationexperience
Strong communication skills in English language both written and verbal
Good knowledge/exposure of UK GAAP and IFRS
Hands on experience on use of accounting softwareIdeally sage intact will be an added advantage

Assistant Manager;
Fully qualified in CA CIMA or ACCA qualifications
Having membership in any of the above qualifications would be an added advantage
35 years of similar nature work experience
Excellent accounting with strong consolidationexperience
Strong communication skills in English language bothwritten and verbal
Good knowledge/exposure of UK GAAP and IFRS
Hands on experience on use of accounting softwareIdeally sage intact will be an added advantage
