JOB Description
- Draft review and finalize leave and license agreements in compliance with applicable laws including state-specific regulations such as the Maharashtra Rent Control Act 1999.
- Ensure agreements contain all essential elements such as details of the licensor and licensee property description license fee and payment schedule security deposit and other terms.
- Accurately include clauses defining the rights and obligations of both the licensor and the licensee.
- Advising closure team on issues if required and preparing recovery notices no dues notice letters to bank LLs etc. on case-to-case basis.
- Attaching documents and submitting agreements to finance
Skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in drafting various legal documents including leave and license agreements lease deeds and other property-related contracts.
- Strong understanding of property law contract law and local regulations governing rental and licensing agreements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other involved parties effectively.
- Specifies the conditions and procedures under which the agreement can be terminated between the parties.
- Details the process for resolving any disagreements that may arise between the parties.
