Roll - Off Role/Contractual.
Location Pan India (Anywhere in India)
Qualification Degree / Diploma in Electrical
Experience 3 years
Core Responsibilities
1. Site Installation & Commissioning
The Execution part of the title means you own the field implementation.
- Supervise the installation of Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) electrical components including nacelle wiring tower cables and hub systems.
- Oversee the assembly and testing of the Unit Transformer (typically 0.69kV to 33kV) located at the base of each tower.
- Manage the installation of SCADA systems and fiber optic networks for turbine communication.
2. Substation & Grid Integration
You ensure the power actually gets to the people.
- Execute the construction and wiring of the Pooling Substation (PSS) and Switchyard.
- Manage the laying and termination of underground/overhead 33kV collector lines.
- Coordinate with state/national grid authorities for the final synchronization and charging of the line.
3. Quality Safety & Compliance
- Conduct Pre-Commissioning tests: Insulation Resistance (IR) Continuity Earth Resistance and Relay testing.
- Ensure all work complies with IE Rules (Indian Electricity Rules) or local equivalents and safety standards (OSHA/HSE).
- Prepare As-Built drawings and documentation for handover to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team.
Essential Technical Skills
To thrive in this role you need a solid grasp of power systems and project management tools:

| Protection Systems | Understanding of Numerical Relays CT/PT ratios and earthing (grounding) grids. |
| Software | AutoCAD for drawing reviews MS Project/Primavera for scheduling and SAP for material management. |
| Standards | Familiarity with IEC and IEEE standards for wind energy. |
