Synergie Australia is seeking a proactivePeople Services Coordinator for an immediate startto support across HR coordination and operational processesfor a national service brand located in Parramatta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Projects team P&C Payroll Organisational Management and Transition Operations to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Manage a high volume of transactional activities while ensuring efficient and compliant operational processes.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-employment checks through multiple portals verifying results in partnership with Work Health and Safety and HR stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate updates in SAP SuccessFactors and candidate trackers to reflect progress in pre-employment checks.
- Prepare letters of offer and facilitate onboarding documentation for Payroll Services.
- Liaise with Payroll and Organisational Management teams to support end-to-end onboarding and workforce transitions.
- Draft consultation letters for P&C in line with organisational standards and compliance requirements.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support BST operations and ensure timely onboarding of new starters in SAP.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Previous experience drafting consultation letters managing onboarding activities booking medicals and supporting an operational team.
- Proactive and takes initiative while remaining composed under pressure.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and maintains high attention to detail in all tasks.
- Upholds the highest standards of integrity discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Required to work during the shutdown period (excludingPublic Holidays)
