About the Role
BGIS in partnership with Kāinga Ora is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Relationship Administrator to support our Te Mahi Ngātahi contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys coordinating processes maintaining accurate records and supporting a busy operational team. Reporting to the Trade Relationship Manager you will ensure subcontractor partners are onboarded efficiently fully compliant and supported throughout their engagement with BGIS.
What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinating subcontractor onboarding documentation and system access
- Maintaining accurate records registers and compliance documentation
- Preparing reports and tracking progress against KPIs
- Scheduling meetings managing inboxes and supporting daily administrative tasks
- Liaising with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Supporting health & safety processes by managing required documentation
- Assisting subcontractors with IT guidance on our portals.
What Youll Bring
- 12 years experience in administration or coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Nice to Have:
- Experience in trades facilities construction or compliance environments
- Exposure to health & safety or contractor management processes
