Job Description: We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the next phase of operational scale and organisational maturity for a rapidly growing healthtech platform. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day performance building scalable systems and ensuring the company is positioned for rapid growth in existing and new markets. You will bring operational structure commercial rigour and cross-functional leadership.

What you will do:
- Build and manage the operating model processes and systems for scale across key functions like Customer Success Support and Marketing.
- Strengthen commercial operations unit economics pricing and retention performance managing budgeting and financial discipline.
- Own company-wide operational compliance including information security data protection and clinical governance in a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate:
- Ten or more years of operational leadership experience including senior roles in high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated success scaling a business through Series A to Series B or equivalent growth stages.
- Strong financial capability including budgeting forecasting and commercial modelling with proven ability to build high-performing teams.
