Foxhill Manor offers an intimate refined dining experience with a strong focus on seasonal ingredient-led cooking. As a Demi CDP youll work as part of a close-knit supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary DirectorMartin Burge giving you the perfect environment to build confidence refine your core skills and progress your career.
Youll be joining a calm well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. If youre keen to develop your craft and enjoy working with fresh seasonal produce this is a brilliant next step.
What youll be doing:
Running your section consistently and efficiently
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Assisting with prep mise en place and stock control
Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the wider brigade
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Helping deliver a smooth and professional service
What were looking for:
Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
A reliable professional and proactive approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A desire to learn and develop within a high-performing kitchen
A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work
The details:
35692.80 per year
Plus service charge (approx. 38500 OTE)
48 hours per week
Meals on duty and uniform provided
Live-in accommodation can be arranged
