Performs professional work measuring and reporting data and impact of programs for Families Parks and Recreation Department. Responsibilities include developing implementing and managing comprehensive evaluation plans; overseeing internal FPR program databases to measure and report overall effectiveness; and the supervising and training of staff. Work is performed under the direction of the Business Operations Manager and work is reviewed through meetings reports submitted and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Statistics Public Policy Urban Studies Sociology or another behavioral health or social science field (Ph.D. preferred) with three (3) years of proven results in complex program evaluation work in the field of data management research and evaluation required two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency with statistical tools such as SAS or SPSS preferred. Experience in evaluating children and youth services preferred.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelors degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a masters degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
