In a supervisory role the Box Office Manger will assist the Assistant Director of Ticketing & Patron Services and the Arts Ticketing Website Administrator in managing the successful day to day activities of the Campus Arts Ticketing Box Office in Memorial Union as well as four satellite locations. As a mentor this position directly oversees student will demonstrate leadership and managerial capabilities a high level of dependability and independence attention to detail flexibility and a friendly outgoing personality.

Work with student staff to ensure the smooth operation of the box office and high levels of customer service are being offered.
Work with campus partners and presenting organizations to determine the best strategies for selling tickets to each unique event.
