Job Summary
Our ideal RN candidate is first and foremost a people person. Given the nature of the OR this individual also is detail oriented and works well under pressure. Although we require the Nurse to have at least 3-5 years experience as an OR RN it is a plus if they have prior management experience. We are committedto really teaching and developing the candidate on being able to manage a space clinically and operationally from a business space so we just ask they are flexible and carry a growth mindset.
