Job Summary
There are your tasks
- Lead and develop a service team of skilled field technicians
- Plan and coordinate service tasks and resources
- Optimize processes for high-quality service effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Manage administrative routines: budgeting invoicing cost approvals reporting and travel expense handling
- Oversee spare parts inventory warranty claims returns and service vehicles
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at the Liebherr factory in Germany including annual visits
What you bring with you
- Technical Studies and deep understanding of service operations in a technical or mechanical environment
- Experience as service leader in a complex technical service department
- Good IT skills (ERP systems and MS Office)
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Strong leadership skills to motivate coach and develop individuals and teams committed to a positive working culture
- Solution-oriented clear communicator open and collaborative
