An Opportunity
Luther College seeks to appoint a talented Science Laboratory Manager to support the Head of Science and students in managing the needs of the Science Laboratories. This is an ongoing term time position commencing on 21 January 2026.
The Laboratory Manager will work closely with the Head of Science and the Laboratory Technician to ensure that the Science Labs are kept and maintained to the highest level and that the service and support to teachers and students is exemplary to provide an efficient and effective learning environment for our students.

About You
You are passionate about education and love supporting the success of students in their scientific learning and endeavours. You must be a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills high levels of attention to detail and have a knack for being highly organised tidy and clean. You are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs.
You will have a keen eye for the finer details and a desire to learn through hands on experience in the role.
