Opportunities exist for talented leaders to join Repco and learn about our business parts and customers (operating retail and trade concurrently) before taking the reins of their own store. This learning period will take place across multiple stores in the West/South West of Melbourne to ensure a wide exposure of the company is gained.

To be considered youwill have:

Leadership / supervisory experience
Understanding or exposure to store financial reporting including P&Ls rosters and budgets
Worked within a team to deliver results
Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
Experience working in a fast paced environment

The successful individual will:

Be a passionate customer service expert
Be able to motivate their team members to shine develop and succeed
Have storeleadership experience
Have a flexible availability
Hold a valid drivers licence
Have the physical capacity to handle products of a heavy nature
