About the role
Lead the planning execution and delivery of Heart Lung clinical research projects ensuring alignment with organisational priorities strategic goals and agreed timelines.
Manage research funding applications and grants including coordination of collaborators preparation of documentation and oversight of funding requirements across the project lifecycle.
Ensure all research activities comply with ethics governance and regulatory requirements including ICH-GCP standards Australian legislation privacy laws and hospital policies.
Coordinate and support multidisciplinary clinical academic and operational teams to ensure the safe ethical and effective conduct of clinical studies and trials.
Oversee project progress budgets risks and data collection and support analysis and dissemination of research outcomes through publications presentations and stakeholder engagement.
About you
Relevant postgraduate qualification and/or equivalent experience in clinical research project management.
Demonstrated experience managing complex clinical research projects across the full project lifecycle.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills including experience preparing research reports and publications.
Strong understanding of ethics governance and regulatory compliance in health and medical research.
Proven experience engaging stakeholders across clinical academic and organisational settings.
Experience in research budgeting financial management data analysis and use of project management and Microsoft Office tools.
