The Food Services Staffis responsible and accountable for the assisting the CafeteriaManager with efficient delivery of food and beverage services to students and staff membersthrough maintenance of high service and hygiene standards.
The Food Services Staffworks closely with the Cafeteria Manager and the administrative teamregarding food service needs and challenges and to ensure the food services program is meeting the needs of the students and staff members.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum: Some experience in quantity food preparation preferred; experience working in a school environment preferred; knowledge of food preparation and serving practices
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and self-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Problem solving abilities
- Dependability; Readiness to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals
