Your new role
The internship opportunity will give you the opportunity to develop skills sets that will be beneficial to your future career growth such ensuring highest standards of quality across all aspects of the value chain. Our team is small close-knit agile fun and highly motivated passionate about driving change for patients. As a Quality Intern you will:

  • Work with Quality Management including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) deviation handling audits inspections and Good Practices (GxP) compliance.
  • Manage documentation training archiving/record management and product complaints. Collaborate with stakeholders and support supplier quality management activities.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Assist Quality Manager in undertaking various activities fall within the purview of Novo Nordisk Quality.
  • Internship duration: 5 January 2026 31 July 2026.
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (inclusive of lunch hour).
  • Location: Jakarta Indonesia.
  • Internship allowance will be given.


Your new department
You will be part of the Legal Compliance & Quality department which ensures that Novo Nordisk operates ethically and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the value chain. Based in a dynamic and collaborative environment we focus on compliance risk assessment and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional results. As an intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who are passionate about creating a positive work environment and supporting employee development.

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in pharmacy or qualification as a pharmacist.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive energetic and agile approach to tasks.
  • Good communication with creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environment. You will be guided on internal systems throughout the internship.

About Company
