About The Role:
As a People Development Intern you will support key HR processes that shape how our people grow and perform within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data systems and processes while also collaborating closely with various stakeholders. You will gain hands-on exposure to people development initiatives performance management cycles and organizational structure management.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain and update employee movement data and organizational structure in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the execution of People Development programs including coordination documentation and follow-ups.
- Assist in the end-to-end performance review process including data preparation tracking and administrative support.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and proper documentation across all people-related processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Final-year university student or fresh graduate in Management Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Highlydetail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English at a intermediate level.
- Previous internship experience is preferred; HR-related experience is a plus.
- Proactive well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data documentation and HR systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS is an advantage.
