Job Description:

Assist People Strategy and/or People Analytics Associate in handling all BAU administrative including data collections monitoring and evaluation.
Assist TA Leads in data collections and monitoring to ensure that all candidate data is complete for audit purposes.
Support People Strategy team in the OKR/initiatives implementation.

Requirements:

Current student or fresh graduate in any major; Psychology/Communication major is preferred.
Good communication skills.
Meticulous with data and administrative tasks.
Tech-savvy.
Willing to work in a highly agile environment.
Available for at least 3 months of internship.

Office location: Sudirman Jakarta Indonesia

Working arrangement: Hybrid
