This role will deliver effective strategies to attract assess and hire across all levels of the firm including legal corporate services support and early career roles. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture and supporting our national business growth and continuously strengthening MCWs employment brand within the legal industry.
The Opportunity
The role is an exciting step for somebody wanting to build their next career move in a national multi-faceted talent role. Sitting at the intersection between strategy people and business growth you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support across MCWs national footprint. You will collaborate with the Head of People & Culture ensuring alignment with workforce plans and business priorities.
