Job Summary

As a Member Acquisition Consultant you will promote our products to prospective members demonstrating a deep understanding of their features and benefits you will actively engage providing expert guidance on our offerings and assisting in making informed decisions regarding their health cover. This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre environment as the first point of contact for member queries through channels such as brokers channel phone email or chat.

Other key responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services aligned with our Sales & Conversation framework.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to determine the most suitable product for Members providing detailed comparisons against competitor offerings.
  • Develop expertise on competitor products and services to effectively articulate the advantages of our Fund.
  • Proactively address retention and termination requests exploring options for product changes or highlighting the value of existing coverage.

You demonstrate a strong customer service / sales focus combined with computer literacy skills and the ability to be adaptable and resilient no one conversation is the same and can be challenging! If successful you will undertake fun and dynamic fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the HBF way.
