Our Account Management team create and build our relationships with merchants. Together weve helped big brands local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over 15 billions worth of business through our platform. As our new Enterprise Account Manager in the Swedish market youll be trusted with a portfolio of nationally recognized brands each with ambitious goals multi-layered decision-making structures and large operational footprints.

What youll be doing

As an Enterprise Account Manager youll be the primary point of contact for Swedens largest enterprise accounts. Youll work across multiple layers of each organisation from central decision-makers to regional managers and local venues with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence.

Youll plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns lead commercial negotiations and use data to optimize every aspect of partner addition to managing your portfolio youll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and bring feedback from the field into internal roadmaps.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Own a small but commercially significant portfolio of restaurant enterprise accounts
  • Lead negotiations and strategic planning in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of relevant Wolt products such as Wolt Wolt Ads and Wolt Drive
  • Analyse partner performance in depth and turn insights into concrete actions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing Operations Analytics and Product to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and bring feedback from the field into internal roadmaps
  • Tailor your approach to different organisational layers from headquarters to local venues

Our humble expectations

Were looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness and strong interpersonal skills and whos motivated by solving complex challenges.

  • Experience You likely have 4 years in account management sales strategy consulting or commercial roles with enterprise exposure
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills You excel at presenting with clarity and confidence and you build trusted long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial and analytical strength You understand the drivers of partner performance and profitability and you use advanced analytical tools (e.g. Looker Excel) to build insights shape win-win growth plans and guide negotiations campaigns and optimisations
  • Ownership mindset You take full responsibility for your portfolio push projects forward without being asked and proactively solve problems when roadblocks appear
  • Languages Youre fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
