Whats the role

Were looking for an experienced Principal Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Sydney and play a key role in one of Australias largest transformation programs. This is a Sydney-based hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. You will set the technical vision lead solution design and mentor a team of developers while driving innovation and technical excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define technical vision and make strategic architectural and technology stack decisions.
  • Design and architect scalable robust and innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers providing guidance and resolving technical challenges.
  • Oversee project implementation from planning to delivery including workload estimation and stakeholder updates.
  • Act as a technical authority conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation.

What do I need

  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles with strong architectural and solution design skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.
  • Strong background in systems integration.
  • Solid understanding of APIs relational databases and enterprise-grade application development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams manage priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
