Our Partner Finance team in Finance & Business Services manages the payment of current and retired partner income partner benefits and related financial activity blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. As a Partner Finance Manager youll play a vital role in supporting the team in the accurate and effective performance of key Partner Finance activities working with clients across Finance & Operations (F&O) to manages the payment of current and retired partner income partner benefits and related financial activity. What youll do:

  • Calculate and process monthly partner draws year-end income balances and retiring partner payments.
  • Manage monthly retired partner draw payments and review finance aspects of partner letters on admissions retirements and work changes.
  • Oversee financial processes related to partner secondments and coordinate partner capital borrowings and interest payments with Treasury and process journals and reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger accounts.
  • Handle taxable income calculations resolve tax escalations with the Firm Taxes team liaise with internal/external audit and prepare Governance Board papers with policy recommendations.
  • Monitoring:
    • Oversee Services Trust profitability distribution process and related reporting.
    • Monitor investment sufficiency and manage associated payments.
    • Manage retired partner payment processes investments and reporting.
    • Track receivable balances and ensure timely recovery actions.
    • Handle other processes and resolve escalations as needed.
