The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you deliver technical support and development for Oracle Cloud HCM integration and reports. As an Associate you support senior staff in understanding client business requirements and provide tailored solutions while developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions
- Support senior staff in project execution and client engagement
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver quality work
- Contribute to the analysis of client needs and requirements
- Help document project processes and outcomes
- Engage in team discussions to share insights and ideas
- Maintain adherence to professional standards and firm policies
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of relevant experience in cloud HCM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Skilled in HCM Extract HCM Data Loader & SQL
- Developing integrations reports and Fast Formula
- Understanding HCM module conversion processes
- Collaborating with clients to meet business needs
