The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will drive the technical direction and architecture for a whole-stack engineering team securing delivery quality and performance. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative culture that emphasizes learning and innovation. This role allows you to shape the technical landscape and guide your team toward excellence in delivery.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proficiency in Aha! Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
- Demonstrating ability to apply Design Thinking and Lean UX principles
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for documentation and automation

- Leading PI Planning and prioritization workshops
- Maintaining a focus on metrics and success measurement
