The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team you will drive product discovery and promote continuous learning across assigned themes. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage product strategy focusing on agile delivery and user engagement while balancing discovery and measurement to deliver business impact.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Business Computer Science Design or a related field

- 8 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proficiency in Aha! Azure DevOps or equivalent tools

- Demonstrating user research and journey mapping skills

- Leading PI Planning and prioritization workshops

- Excelling in communication and stakeholder management

- Applying Design Thinking and Lean UX principles

- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for documentation and automation
