Job Summary
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for finance Were looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and IT bringing innovative solutions to the securities brokerage and wealth management space.
What Youll Do:

Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.

Gather analyze and document requirements for trading brokerage and wealth management operations.
-
Design and review technical solutions with development teams (Java experience required!).
-
Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
-
Support UAT create user guides and train stakeholders on new systems.
What Were Looking For:
-
Degree in IT Computer Science or related discipline (Masters/certifications a plus).

5 years in securities banking brokerage or wealth management (*812 yrs for AD 15 yrs for Director).

Hands-on Java development experience with one or more frameworks.

Strong understanding of trading brokerage funds bonds structured products and regulations.

Excellent communication analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Fluent in English Cantonese and Putonghua.
