About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative you will assist customers with their travel-related questions reservations account issues cancellations refunds and more.

What Youll Do
- Support customers via phone chat and email in Dutch & English
- Manage bookings changes cancellations & refunds
- Provide accurate information on services payments and policies
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
- Work collaboratively to resolve more complex case
- Meet quality and performance goals
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in German & English (written & spoken)
- EU citizenship or Residence Card with Full Market Access
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multicultural international team
- Prior customer support experience big plus!
Work Conditions
- Remote within Greece only (no travel/working abroad without approval)
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Schedule: 8 hours per day 5 days per week with rotations
Mon-Sun 10.00 - 19.30
Contract & Compensation
- Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week)
- 1380 gross x 14 salaries/year
- Performance bonus (details to be confirmed)
