German Speaking Retail Service Representative
Introduction
Join a global retail support team as a German Speaking Retail Service Representative based in Greece. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to German-speaking customers and supporting them throughout their retail experience.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries orders and returns

Requirements

Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
