Introduction
We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Operations Executive to join a leading international banking support team based in this role you will support German-speaking customers with daily banking-related inquiries while delivering a high standard of customer experience in a secure and regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking products and services
- Support customers with account information transactions and general banking requests

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Provide professional solution-oriented customer support
Requirements

Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Customer service experience is an advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced confidential environment

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
