German Speaking Mobile Customer Advisor
Introduction
As a German Speaking Mobile Customer Advisor you will support customers using mobile services and devices for a global telecom brand based in Greece.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with mobile plans devices and services

Handle billing and contract-related questions

Provide technical guidance for mobile devices

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Update customer records accurately
Requirements

Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English

Interest in mobile technology

Customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
