A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Handle the creation and implementation of various forms of internal strategic communication activities programs and content guided by Medtronics Mission and overall business strategy
• Lead strategies produce content and organize events to help align the organizations goals in support of greater employee engagement and business impact
• Manage comprehensive strategic plans that engage employees with the companys goals policies mission and growth strategies
• Be responsible for planning writing and editing information to educate and inspire internal audiences to change behaviors or understand the work environment
• Support senior leadership in communicating key change initiatives policy changes and other company information to employees
• As needed can work on the communication side of change management and understanding organizational dynamics and social psychology

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree completed
• Advanced/fluent English
• Experience in developing executing and measuring strategic communication initiatives and campaigns that generate results

General understanding of the healthcare industry and advanced Spanish will be considered as differentiators.
