Join Lunghamer Buick GMC as a Service Porter in our Waterford MI this role you will play a key part in ensuring our service department runs smoothly by assisting with the movement and care of customer vehicles and supporting the service team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Move customer vehicles to and from the service department and designated parking areas safely and efficiently.
- Assist service technicians by cleaning vehicles gathering tools and maintaining the shop area.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their concerns courteously.
- Support the service department with additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
