Job Summary
We are hiring a Director 2 HTM to lead biomedical and imaging services at a top Boston hospital. This is a high-impact role overseeing clinical technology operations staff development and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency and patient-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop high-performing clinical and technical teams.
- Manage capital planning projects technology assessments and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee purchasing vendor contracts and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Build strong client and vendor relationships to enhance satisfaction and service delivery.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
- 5 years of experience in clinical device maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of CIHQ DNV and TJC compliance standards.
- Proven leadership financial management and strategic planning skills.
