We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Program Management to join Zions Bancorporation. This leadership role is accountable for organizing and guiding the Planning and Delivery organization driving the execution of enterprisewide initiatives. The position ensures initiatives are delivered on time and within budget leveraging industry best practices strong governance and effective partnership with business owners to achieve intended outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organize and manage the Program Management Office
- Establish and maintain consistent best practices governance to achieve initiative outcomes
- Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop and implement company strategies
- Ensure adherence to financial risk and regulatory requirements and schedules
- Direct broad area/divisional programs and projects through managers and cross-functional teams
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in the financial services industry in technology operations services and investments project and program management agile operational processes and procedures
- Effective senior management and proven leadership experience
- In-depth expert knowledge in financial services technology operations project management business process improvement and agile practices
- Exceptional analysis management and communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven project and program management skills
- Problem resolution and client relationship skills
- Ability to make sound decisions develop others and work with all levels of management
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills
- Excellent budget management and forecasting abilities
- Requires a Bachelors degree in business administration finance or a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

This includes for example situations where a candidate may have temporary work authorization while enrolled in school or upon graduation (e.g. CPT OPT) but would need H-1B visa sponsorship within a few years of employment in order to maintain employment eligibility.

The Zions Technology Center is a 400000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site the sustainably built campus is the companys primary technology and operations center. This modern and environmentally friendly technology center enables Zions to compete for the best technology talent in the state while providing team members with an exceptional work environment with features such as:
- Electric vehicle charging stations and close proximity to Historic Gardner Village UTA TRAX station.
- At least 75% of the building is powered by on-site renewable solar energy.
