Job Summary

Summary of the role

As HRBPManager you closely work with LoBs to align the organizations people and business strategies. You are not only a people champion but also a strategic partner and change agent for the business. You will shape all aspects of talent and organisational development and have a decisive influence in the growth and future business success in Novo Nordisk Taiwan.

About the Position

Partners with Line of Business to implement the organisations human resource strategy and develop solutions around organizational development culture and ways of working so that the organisation attracts manages develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future strategies. Diagnoses business challenges and translates them into HR priorities and recommend practical HR interventions.

Supports organisational design and workforce planning by analysing and identifying current and future capability requirements of the organisation guiding resourcing needs career development and succession so the know-how skills and performance of all employees meet current and future needs. Ensures the organisation is capable of successfully implementing business strategies.

Liaises with regional COE and designs develops implements and evaluates general and leadership training programs. Functions as primary contact and support for all the general and leadership training activities.

Participates in designing the strategic change blueprint using change management tools to guide organizational transformation. Enhances change resilience and cultural identity serving as a key influencer and cultural coach during the transformation period.

Works with Line of Business to solve conflicts and helps to facilitate positive employee relations maintain a good working environment foster cross functional collaboration and build morale.

Works according to business ethic procedures local law NNWay and NN policies and guidelines

The requirements

Bachelors degree in human resources business administration organisational development or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources with a focus on learning and organization development. Management consulting experience with focus on organisational design is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English

Skilled in engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met while aligning with the organisations objectives

Good project management skills. Organized ability to prioritize and good at time management

Good MS Office skill

Good team player
