About the Role
Our client is looking for a Human Resource Officer to support their growing organizational needs. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment HR operations employee relations and performance processes while bringing strong professional networks to strengthen the hiring pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and utilize personal/professional networks for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes across departments.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding documentation HRIS management and attendance.
- Support payroll coordination with relevant internal departments.
- Manage employee relations resolve workplace concerns and support engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance management including appraisals and improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor law compliance.
- Maintain and update HR policies SOPs and internal process documentation.
- Support management in executing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred).
- 15 years of HR experience.
- Strong recruitment capability with industry contacts and connections.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations compliance and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
