About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in JMeter and an overall performance testing experience of 6 years including 3 years of dedicated JMeter work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning designing executing and analyzing performance tests to ensure the stability scalability and reliability of our applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter

Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks failures and areas for optimization

Develop performance test strategies plans and workload models based on business requirements

Collaborate with development DevOps and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues

Monitor system performance metrics across load stress endurance and scalability testing

Prepare detailed performance reports and provide recommendations

Work within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure smooth test delivery
Required Skills & Experience

6 years of experience in performance testing

3 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter

Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts (load stress endurance scalability)

Expertise in test scripting parameterization correlation and distributed execution

Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana Kibana New Relic Dynatrace or similar)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with Jenkins or similar tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of web technologies APIs and system architecture
