Mandatory Requirements:

Development & Architecture Support for Public Safety projects/solutions:
Ontario Police Arbitration Commission (OPAC) Phase 1- Design and development of new case management system for OPAC.
Phase 2 - Modernization of OPAC website
CRM Support for Complaints Portal for Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) - Justice Technology Services (JTS) developed and launched a portal for the Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) for public users to submit complaints. Ongoing issue management and enhancements for IOP portal.
Releases for Risk-driven tracking database (RTD) - Design and development of architecture and solutions/enhancements for RTD solution that is based on Microsoft CRM dynamics platform.
